The Worship of God is central to the life of our congregation. The body of believers that has gathered to offer praise and prayers is the foundation for all of our other ministries and programs. The worship ministry of Bayshore Baptist Church exists to provide opportunities for people to worship God corporately as well as privately. We also strive to educate, encourage, and equip them to lead in worship so that others are able to worship as well.
Worship at Bayshore is guided by our commitment to honor God. Through worship, we seek to celebrate the Good News of God's love, shown towards us in Jesus Christ. We are a congregation given to the hope of renewal in each life through prayer, confession, praise, service, guidance, and dedication to following the leading of Christ in our lives. The sermons seek to be relevant to daily life as we fulfill our call as disciples of Christ. It is our hope that all people will feel welcome and will find their place in our services. There are two opportunities for worship on Sunday mornings. A Praise & Worship service begins at 9:00 am. A more traditional service begins at 11:00 am. Both are characterized by joyful praise, prayerful participation, and a thoughtful call to commitment of our lives to God. |
