Serving in the Church

.

We are the Church, the body of Christ. God has called us to be part of a church family that cares about each other. In caring for one another we grow in our understanding of forgiveness and grace. Some would say they can stay home or spend time out in nature and be good Christians. That would be to ignore the greatest blessings of the Christian life. We grow the most and experience the most joy in life when we learn to love and serve our neighbor, our friends. and our church family. We need someone to care about us as well as someone who knows we care about them. Find your place in ministry in our church, community, and beyond.

Serving in the Community

.

No matter what the need, Bayshore responds immediately, generously and passionately. In the past, many of us thought that service to the church meant serving on committees or sitting in meetings talking to each other.

.

More and more, we find ourselves desiring more action, the need to stop talking and reach out beyond the church’s walls to make a difference by serving others. If people suffer, we are there.
