Eric Holland has been in the food service business for over 35 years. As a graduate of the Johnson and Wales Culinary School, Eric will bring his expertise of cooking to Bayshore on Wednesday evenings. Eric says his menus range anywhere from southern comfort cooking to foods that require his higher upscale training.
Eric has travelled the globe cooking in restaurants, stadiums, country clubs and even aboard a ship. He is quite accustomed to serving as many as 2,500 customers in one seating. Eric has served as a chef in NY, Miami, LA, San Diego and Palm Springs.
Eric and his wife, Vandelyn and their daughter Erica, have been worshipping with us here at Bayshore for the last six months.
Meals for adults will be $7.00 per plate and $5.00 for children under 12. The family maximum is $25.00. Reservations are necessary and must be made before Monday at noon of the week of the dinner. The serving line will be open from 5:15 to 6:15. If reservations are not made, the person desiring to eat will be served at 6:00 pm if we have food prepared.
