Calling a new pastor requires time to insure we call the right person. The process begins with consideration of what God desires of Bayshore and how we should respond to His leading. The Advisory Council selects the members of the Pastor Search Committee and recommends those names to the church for approval. My best estimate is that a new pastor could be in place in one year. It may take longer. We need to pray for God’s leading as we make this important decision.
