Rev. Steven Smith, Ph.D., is providing counseling services in the ACS Building as a Pastoral Counselor affiliated with Bayshore Baptist Church. He is presently the manager of a clinical pastoral education program at a hospital in Pinellas County.

His office hours in Tampa are Mondays from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am until 12:00 noon. He can be reached by confidential voicemail at 813-868-4425.
