Executive Assistant to the President

  Provide administrative support to the President & CEO of The Spring of Tampa Bay.  Responsible for complex work assignments requiring considerable judgment, confidentiality, tact, creativity, customer focus, and initiative in order to resolve problems.  Provide support to Board of Directors and its Committees. Support Senior Team activities.  Serve as member of Grant Team to manage grant application process for public and private support, monitor deliverables and funding usage, working with Contract Manager. Requires a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years experience supporting a member of an executive team as an executive assistant.  Requires a strong work ethic, willingness to take ownership of a wide range of responsibilities, strong follow-up and organizational skills, and strong communication skills.  Must have the ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.  Requires valid Florida Driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Staff Accountant

The Spring of Tampa Bay, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant Pay: 40 – 45K

This position is responsible for day-to-day administration of all accounting processes of the agency to include cash receipts, AP, AR, general ledger, daily bank deposit, preparation of monthly payroll journal entries, various account reconciliations, monthly closing responsibilities, journal entries, budget preparation, record keeping, file maintenance and audit preparation.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting required with one year of accounting experience. Proficient in accounting software, Excel and Microsoft office products; MAS 90 experience helpful. Requires sensitivity to confidential information, working in a team environment, excellent customer service with outside vendors, and the ability to meet deadlines as needed. Accounting experience with a non-profit helpful.
