WHAT?

A capital campaign to renovate our educational building.

WHY?

Renovation is badly needed to stop further deterioration in the building and reduce high maintenance costs due to aged equipment, some of which is no longer working and some that is not energy efficient. We have been applying "band-aids" to our education facilities for over 20 years.

WHERE?

The goal is to renovate the education building(s) constructed in several phases in the 1960's, 70's, and 80's. The church address is: 3111 W Morrison Ave, Tampa FL 33611. The church office phone number is: 813-253-3411. The church web site is: www.bayshorebaptistchurch.com.

WHEN?

Tje Capital Campaign begins officially Sunday, February 17. Commitment Sunday is March 16. This is the day the church family will make pledges to the Campaign expressing what they will commit to give during the next three years.

Construction could begin as early as June 2008. The construction time frame is approximately one year. The church will vote in April to proceed. The Building & Renovation Committee and the Financial Board will make a recommendation to the church concerning what part of the Master Plan to construct and how it will it be funded.
