Children's Ministries

Sundays at Bayshore:

  • During our 9:00am Traditional Service and 11am Encounter Service, children ages birth - 3 are welcomed at Bayshore Bay, our Preschool Area. Screened volunteers care for your children and teach Bible truths while having fun.
  • During both services children ages 4 - elementary have the opportunity to experience our high tech, child-focused Worship Kidstyle that includes music and interactive Bible lessons with games and videos to help children grow closer to Jesus and experience worship in lively and fun environment.
  • Sunday School at 10:00am includes:
    • Lifeway Bible Teaching for Babies - K
    • BUZZ for 1st - 3rd graders
    • Group's Faithweavers for 4th and 5th graders

Wednesday evenings kids in PreK4 - 5th grade enjoy TeamKID, an interactive, high energy format to help kids grow closer to Christ.  Children also performa Christmas and Spring Musical to share their talents with others.  Wednesdays evening activities are offered September - May.

The children at Bayshore are devoted to reaching out to others.

This year's projects include:

  • U.S. Troops Boy and Girls Scouts Programs in Iraq
  • Christmas Program
  • Spring Musical
  • Bayshore's Got Talent Fall Talent Show
  • Grandparent's Club
  • Christmas Luminaries Project
  • Operation Christmas Child

It is an exciting time when a child accepts the invitation to follow Christ.  A special class is offered to those children asking questions about becoming a Christian.

Preschool Ministries

We are positively impacting parents of preschoolers by caring for their children during worship services and by providing planned Sunday School curriculum for children from birth through age four.  Although we believe that spirituality starts in the home, we partner with parents by hosting activities that provide you and your child interaction with other families through a commonality in Christ.
