The music ministry of Bayshore Baptist Church exists to educate, encourage, and equip people to worship God through music. We believe that praise is an essential part of the Christian life and strive to provide opportunities for people to express their praise through music and to hear the praises of others as they offer them to God. Bayshore AM TeamThe Bayshore AM Team is an audition group of instrumentalists and singers that leads weekly in worship at 9 a.m. The team has recently celebrated its 10 th anniversary. In addition excellent leadership of congregational singing, the group provides instrumental music and vocal ensembles and solos during the worship services and for special worship services and events during the year.To join the Bayshore AM Team, contact Karl Lackey by phone at 813-253-3411 or by e-mail.
The Bayshore Chancel Choir is a non-audition group that leads weekly in worship at 11 a.m. The choir has enjoyed a long tradition of excellence in a wide variety of music. In addition to singing anthems and hymns in weekly services, the choir also presents music at Christmas and Easter.
