Metropolitan Ministries

      Metropolitan Ministries is a well-established helping organization in Tampa. Between 100-150 families come to Metropolitan Ministries every day seeking assistance.  One of the primary ways Metropolitan Ministries helps families is by providing food. Families receive a food box along with counseling and referrals to other helping agencies when needed. The food box is called a  "Box of Hope" because so the food and their services give them hope in the midst of crisis. Below is a list of what goes into these boxes:
