Judeo Christian Health Clinic

     Bayshore Baptist Church was one of the founding churches of the Judeo Christian Health Clinic in 1971. The Clinic has now become the largest free health clinic in the southeastern United States. It is staffed by volunteer physicians, dentists, nurses, and pharmacists. It receives no money from any government agency but relies completely on its own fund-raising efforts. One of its key fund-raising events is the annual dinner and silent auction. Bayshore usually has one or two tables filled. Jane Lang and Carmen Hufstetler are the primary contacts. Purchasing tickets and participating in the silent auction are ways non-medical people can contribute to this ministry.
