The mission is to give women incarcerated or who have substance abuse problems, or both, the opportunity to successfully reenter the community and become the women God created them to be, doing what He created them to do, through Christian counseling, practical help, love and support. The focus is on keeping women from returning to jail by breaking from the past and working toward the future.

The women live at the House of Hope, which recently opened a second "House" across from the first.
